Warm Up: iPhone Photos

1. My favorite photo on this website is the one of a wide, multiple lane street taken in Denmark. I like it because it is very balanced and taken in black and white and it is kind of taken from a bird's eye view so there is a wide angle to see from.
2. I am very surprised that these photos are all taken from an iPhone. They are such high quality and I rarely take photos like this.
3. I think that the apps used to edit the photos contributed a lot to the outcome of the photos because it is very hard to believe that they are all iPhone photos.
4. One tip I would use to make my photography better on my iPhone is using cool apps to teach myself how to become better. A second tip is that I should focus more on the subject my tapping it and try and blur out the background.

Architecture #2

Details
Habitat 67
This image is a wide shot from the inside the Habitat 67 in Canada. The photo gives insight on the views from actually being inside the structure, a major detail for curious viewers.

Light
Kunsthaus Graz
The light on this building is important because it adds to the structure as a whole. There are tiny dots made of artificial white light, which light up at night.

Patterns
Nautilus House
The patterns on this structure are very important because they make up the whole building. The colorful mosaic on the left had many repeating shards or color making round swirls, and on the right, brown thick streaks are repeated and lead viewers' eyes to the point.

Angles and Shapes
Nord LB Building
The Nord LB Building is a great example of perpetual angles and shapes. The building is made of of multiple cube-like figures that stack up creating a sort of stair case. The angles of this building are especially cool because it will look different from every angle because it is not symmetrical.

Surroundings
Atomium
The Atomium is a structure with very unique qualities; therefore it sticks out like a thumb compared to its surroundings. The fact that it has its own parking lot and freshly manicured field doesn't help with how much it stands out because it is supposed to, so tourists will be intrigued.
